Homemade tomato paste works like magic in Iran

As they say, "Every little can of tomato paste is magic, but here in Iran things are more magical and tasty when it comes to homemade tomato paste.

In any dish you cook with it, you'll be able to intensify the flavor of tomato. Yet, in the case of Iranian homemade tomato paste, the taste is more intense with more reddish tinges in your dish. 

Iranian province of West Azerbaijan and its provincial capital Urmia have a variety of agricultural products due to the fertility of land and sufficient water resources. Tomatoes are one of the products there and female residents of the province prepare tomato paste at home or on their farms.
